1	Rickie Byars Beckwith My good friend and fellow conSpirator - Artistic Director at Agape! Rickie is one of the best musicians I know and definitely one of the best songwriters ever! If we get on the phone together, we can't stop laughing.
2	Ester Nicholson My friend and associate Ester is one of the most amazing people I know. When I met her, she was a singer, when I produced her record she was an artist. Now she's just plain inspiring!
3	Charles Holt An astounding talent and heart, Charles is the genuine article - singer, actor, dancer, speaker. And each one as though it is his total focus (it is!). Inspirational and deep, he's the real thing.
4	Jami Lula Jami is one of those people who make you feel valuable to the world. His generosity is infectious. Astounding talent, huge heart and an intention to match. Love him.
5	Jan Garrett and JD Martin The best songwriters in the world. These two are RIDICULOUS. Worked on JD's record a hundred years ago and am soooo proud. Jan's record still lives in my CD player (do I have one of those?).
6	Bernie Becker Bernie is my main mastering guy. Always does a fantastic job and practices what I call "high kindness." Kindness is kind of big in my book...
7	Steve Harrison Brother Steve has mixed more of my projects than any other sound engineer. He's focussed, brilliant and fun to work with. I'd recommend him to anyone - even though he lives in Arizona!
8	Michael Beckwith The Rev is probably the most gifted modern mystic out there. The man has changed my life for the better. Extraordinary!
9	Cal Bennett Cal is an extraordinary voice. His tenor sax sound is like nothing else anywhere.
10	Korg Research & Development Korg R&D is the most exciting synthesizer development group in the world. They are completely committed to excellence in synthesis and achieve it regularly. My People!
11	Korg Japan These are my people in Japan. I've worked with the engineers and voicing people here since 1987 and love them all deeply.
12	Oscar Castro Neves Oscar is an old friend who inspires me everytime we speak. He is a profound musician and a beautiful soul. He made me fall in love with Brazil - even when I had not yet gone!
13	Al McKay Albert is my long time co-conspirator with the Allstars. Met him at church and didn't know who he was until he asked if I wanted to go to Japan with him to play the Blue Note Clubs there. Shed on the music of Earth, Wind & Fire and realized there was no such thing without Al's guitar. So I've had the honor of learning how to play funk with the best that there is. AND he's a good friend of mine. Nuff said...
14	Brenda Lee Eager Brenda has a heart and talent that can not be contained. An absolute classic singer, performer and songwriter, she and I have penned many a song together. She's my partner and I love her.
15	Don Grusin Don is an old friend with a comfortable sense of humor and lightness that always places me back in the real world. Apart from being one of the most AMAZING piano players, his centered being allows me to remember that none of this is really serious. A gift...
16	Nailah Porter Nailah is AMAZING. Her music is so deep and so touching, I'm totally jealous of her abilities and one day hope to live on her doorstep and be her pianist slave.
17	Deva Premal & Miten Though we've only known each other for the past couple years, I'm totally blown away with Deva and Miten as people and as musicians. Deva's voice leaves me speechless - and as many of you can attest - that's hard to do. Love these guys!
18	Joe Zawinul Joe and Maxine are gone. They're missed. And they graced us with their lives. God Bless Us All.
19	David Newman David taught me the meaning of "devotional." When I worked with him, he would begin to chant in Hindi (I assume). He would anchor the day so powerfully that way. It's been many years but you can still catch me saying "Om Om Om."
